Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground lean Beef
- 1 Egg
- ½ Cup minced onion
- 1 - 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper
- ¼ Cup bread crumbs
- 2 Hamburger buns
- Mayonnaise & Ketchup
- 2 Iceberg lettuce leaves
- Thinly sliced tomato
- Thin slices of red onion
Method
Step 01
- Combine ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, garlic in a mixing bowl until well combined. You can salt and pepper according to your taste. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and flatten each into a wide patty
Step 02
- Put burger patties on a greased barbecue grill over a firm bed of burning coals or high heat on a gas grill. Sauté them until browned over both sides. Then, remove the grill from the heat.
Step 03
- On the bottoms of the buns, spread some mayo and ketchup. Afterward, place the grilled patty, slice of cheese, tomato, and onion slices accordingly. Repeat the same steps again and place greens ( lettuce) on the top of it. Cover it with the other half of the bun and enjoy the taste of all the effort you have put to make this masterpiece!
