Perfect grilled fish recipes to enjoy during some outdoor chilling or camping moments!
Grilled Tandoori Cod

- 4-6 cod fillets
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons cumin, coriander
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, turmeric
- pinch of sea salt
- For Garnishing: Thin onion rings / Fresh leaves of cilantro.
- Method
- Cut the cod fillets into pieces according to your desired sizes.
- Combine all the above mentioned ingredients except for garnishing in a large bowl.
- Marinade the fish pieces in the spice bowl by tossing them well until those pieces coat with the ingredients well.
- Cover the bowl with fish pieces by using a plastic wrap.
- Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Now keep the marinated fish pieces in a pre-heated grill to cook by tossing each side.
- Remove the perfectly grilled fish from the heat and serve topped with red onion rings and cilantro leaves to enhance the appetizing.
Grilled Ginger-Lime Swordfish
Ingredients
- 2 swordfish steaks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- lime zest and lime juice
- pinch white pepper
- For Garnishing: Fresh leaves of cilantro.
- Method
- Combine all the above mentioned ingredients except for garnishing in a large bowl.
- Place fish in a shallow baking dish and spread those spices all over the fish.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Place fish on pre-heated and oiled grill.
- Don't forget to brush the remaining marinade over the fish.
- Toss and allow it to cook until the fish is opaque in the center.
- Take out of the grill and garnishing with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- Time to serve the hot grilled ginger-lime swordfish steaks with some ketchup!

Lime and Basil Tilapia
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- fresh minced basil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons bourbon
- lime zest and lime juice
- pinch white pepper, sea salt
- Method
- Combine all the above mentioned ingredients in a large bowl.
- Marinade the tilapia fillets in the spice bowl by tossing them well until those fillets coat with the ingredients well.
- Cover the marinated fillet bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
- Now you can boil the marinade.
- Grill each side of tilapia fillets over high heat.
- Serve the delicious tilapia fillets with a few spoonful of marinade drizzled over top.
Grilled Sea Bass With Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sea bass
- fresh minced basil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley
- lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
- pinch white pepper, sea salt
- Method
- First you need to prepare the butter sauce by combine butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley in a small saucepan.
- When butter has melted remove the pan from the heat.
- Combine the garlic, onion powder, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl and marinade the the fish by sprinkling the seasoning mixture on each side of the fish,
- Place the marinated fish on the pre-heated and oiled grill and let it cook while tossing the fish and coating it with the prepared butter sauce.
- When the fish has cooked, carefully remove it without breaking the fish from the heat and drizzle it with olive oil.
- You can enjoy this grilled sea bass dish with rice or with your favorite outdoor sides.
