There are early symptoms of pregnancy that may point to the possibility. Pregnancy symptoms can also vary in their intensity, frequency and duration. Following is a list of symptoms of pregnancy that might help.
Before jump into any decision, if you're having below mentioned symptoms it's good to confirm it by doing a pregnancy test because the only way to know for sure is by taking a pregnancy test. You can take both urine and blood test.
01. Tender, swollen breasts
When hormone levels changes breasts may become swollen, may feel heavier and tender. And darken the area around the nipples.
02. Bleeding or cramping slightly
Sometime you start to experience slight spotting or vaginal bleeding as a early pregnancy symptom.
Signs of implantation bleeding:
- Color: The color of each episode may be pink, red, or brown.
- Bleeding: Bleeding is usually compared to your regular menstrual period. Spotting is defined by blood present only when wiping.
- Pain: Mild, moderate, or severe pain will occur.
- Episodes: Implantation bleeding is likely to last less than three days.
If you have bleeding, stay away from smoking, alcohol which are associated with heavy bleeding.
03. Not getting periods
This is the most obvious early symptom of pregnancy which prompts most women to get a pregnancy test. You must consider to take a pregnancy test if you're not having period consecutively couple of months together with other symptoms because not all missed periods are early sign of pregnancy, it may occur to changes due to thyroid hormone or any other diseases.
When implantation is complete, the body start to produce human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) which helps the body to maintain the pregnancy. Due to that ovaries stop releasing mature eggs each month (stops menstruation).
Fatigue cause when due to high level of progesterone, lower levels of blood sugar, lower blood pressure etc. It's advisable to get rest during pregnancy period because fatigue can happen anytime when you are pregnant. Consume protein and iron rich foods can help you out with this.
05. Headaches and back pain
You may experience mild headaches as an early in pregnancy sign due to high blood circulation which which causes by changes in hormonal level.
06. Constipation
When progesterone level increases it causes food to pass more slowly through the intestines, which lead to constipation. To ease the problem, drink plenty of water and eat foods with more fibers.

07. Nausea (Morning Sickness)
Morning sickness is a famous symptom of pregnancy. And you must remember that not only in the morning, this can occur at any time of the day. Nausea can last for the entire pregnancy, lessen at about the 13th or 14th week of pregnancy. Luckily some pregnant woman don't get nausea.

Heart may begin to pump blood faster and harder due to hormones. Palpitations and aarhythmias are common in pregnancy.
