Everyone love to eat pasta. But cooking is not as easy as eating. Most of us are very lazy to cook our dinner at the end of the day after having a hectic schedule at work. So, here you gonna know how to prepare a very easy and yummy pasta dish quickly.
Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower
- Pasta
- 1 large onion
- Few garlic cloves
- Capsicum
- Some prawns
- Chopped spring onions
- Chopped thyme
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chili flakes
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Corn starch
- Cherry tomatoes
- Ginger
- Lime
Method:
1. Keep a pot of water on the stove and boil your pasta, it is good to add some olive oil and salt into it.
2. Add ketchup, soy sauce, corn starch, salt and black pepper into a small bowl and mix them well.
3. Then chop the cauliflower into small chunks and mix and season those chunks well with the mixture we've prepared before.
4. Then add some olive oil into a pan and fry sauce coated cauliflowers until they turn into slight brown color.
5. Then you can add your raw prawns into that and cook them for few minutes along with some chili flakes, salt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
6. Next step is to add chopped onions, garlic and ginger paste into the pan and sauté them well.
7. After that add sliced capsicum and cherry tomatoes and let them cook for few more minutes.
8. Now it's time add your boiled pasta into the pan and mix pasta well with the cooked cauliflowers and prawns.
9. After that you can add some chopped spring onion leaves and thyme to make it look more yummy and smell delicious.
10. Before serving it is better to sprinkle some lime juice over the dish to give extra flavor to the dish.
11. Yep! Now your roasted cauliflower and prawn pasta dish is ready to serve and enjoy.
