#1 Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 jalapeno
- cream cheese
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- butter
- chopped green onions
Method:
First start by placing a few jalapenos on a hot grill and roast until the skins of jalapeno become charred. Then place roasted jalapeno in a bowl covered tightly with plastic wrap to make it easier to remove the skin. Once it becomes cool down gently peel the skin away from the pepper.
Cut the pepper into small slices without seeds. Into a bowl, add chopped green onions, cream cheese, salt along with some pepper and mix them well until smooth. Spread it all over the two bread slices and place slices of cheddar and jalapeno.
Cover it up with another slice of bread. Next, place the sandwich on a preheated 375° griddle, butter side down, and sear both sides of the sandwich until it turns into a crispy golden color. Then cut it into half and serve it with a hot cup of coffee. Best for evening snacks.

- 2 slices of bread
- Fresh baby spinach
- handful of white cheese
- 1/2 cups of blueberries
- Brown sugar
Method:
Combine blueberries, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar into a saucepan and let them boil slowly. While boiling don't forget to stir it and crush the blueberries well.
Then pour the mixture into a mesh strainer and strain the excess juice. Spread the crushed blueberries on top of a slice of bread, then sprinkle a handful of cheese and baby spinach.
Add some black pepper for taste. Again sprinkle some more white cheese and finish it off with other slices of bread. Toast until it becomes gooey and crispy.
#3 Cranberry - Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices cheese
- thin slices of apple
- 2 tbsp of cranberry sauce
- 4 tbsp of butter
Method:
Butter one side of each bread, then place buttered sides down on a plate. Place a slice of cheese and spread cranberry sauce over it, then top with apple slices. #4 Apple - Cinnamon Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 cinnamon bun / 2 slices of cinnamon bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- brie cheese
- few slices of apple
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 egg
- milk
- butter

Cut the cinnamon bun into half and apply some butter on each slice. #5 Egg in a Hole French Toast Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- milk
- 1/2 tbsp of vanilla
- cinnamon
- sugar
- cooked bacon
- 1 slice of American cheese
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Butter
Method:
As a first step, you have to make a batter for your toast. Into a bowl crack an egg and beat it. Then add milk, vanilla, sugar, and a bit of cinnamon according to your choice, and mix all the ingredients. Now it's time to prepare the sandwich.
Place a slice of American and cheddar cheese. Cut some cooked bacon into small pieces and place it on top of the cheese slices. Finish it off by covering it with other slices of bread. Then use a biscuit cutter to cut a hole in the middle of the sandwich.

- Sliced mushrooms
- butter

- any type of shredded cheese
