- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 cube of frozen unsweetened yogurt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp of organic cold-pressed flaxseed oil
Recipe
First add blueberries, yogurt cube, and milk into the blender and blend it for about one minute until it is smooth. Then transfer to a glass and stir in flaxseed oil.
